Job description Position: HSEQ Administrator Pay: £27,000 - £30,000 Per Annum Contract: Full Time permanent role My client, a multi-site Plant Hire company with depots across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced administrator for their busy depot in Manchester. Due to increased workloads, they need an extra pair of hands to assist with booking in training, arranging flights and hotels, arranging and monitoring insurances and general administration within the depot. HSEQ Administrator Duties Liaising with external training providers to book training sessions for depot staff Coordinating travel arrangements – both UK and International Supporting the Health & Safety officer with administrative duties Taking ownership of insurance renewals Working alongside depot managers the other internal stakeholders General administrative duties HSEQ Administrator experience required Be fully PC literate with good keyboard skills Have a solid background in administration and a keen eye for detail Previous experience gained within the automotive or engineering Sector would be desirable Demonstrable basic understanding of Health and Safety (HSEQ) 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) If this administrator role is of interest please reply to this advert with an up-to-date copy of your CV as we are interviewing now for an immediate start or call 0330 440 2323 and ask for Karla.
