Learn, grow and thrive.What you’ll do: Carry out reactive, proactive and preventative maintenance in a safe responsible efficient manner.Maintain, Repair and Improve building fabric, services and systems.Tasks will include the need for electrical, mechanical and fabric proficiency together with a flexible can do approach.The safe testing, operation and maintenance of plant and equipmentCarry out all work (electrical, mechanical, fabric, waste or porterage/moves) in a timely, obliging, and supportive manner.Provide instruction and guidance for third party engineers, colleagues.What you bring: City & Guilds 2360-Parts 1 and 2.
