I am currently recruiting for a dynamic and talented individual to join my client as a Marketing and Communications Specialist. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to market the services of my client while also providing essential graphic design services and supporting their internal communications program. If you are passionate about marketing, possess strong graphic design skills, and have a knack for creating impactful content, we would love to see your portfolio and consider you for this role. Job Purpose o To carry out graphic design services for the company. o To support and deliver a programme of internal communications. Main Activities (Service Related) o Work with the Senior Management Team to develop and deliver an effective Marketing and Communications Plan for CJS Safety Systems. o Develop high-quality and creative marketing campaigns to effectively promote products and services provided by CJS Safety Systems. o Create content for the website, social media, brochures, and newsletters suited to the target audience, maximising opportunities for impact. o Create effective communication materials for use in a range of media to meet the needs of the audience, including but not limited to compiling a regular newsletter, video content, leaflets, and posters. o Monitor the group's social media pages and website. o Support the set-up and maintenance of the company's e-commerce portal. o Ensure that the company and brand are always represented in the best possible light. o Manage a digital image library, ensuring accessibility and quality of content. o Work with the Senior Management Team and Business Development Manager to maintain effective internal communications for the company. o Make use of appropriate graphic design software to create high-quality design products. o Ensure the company's brand and corporate standards are adhered to. o Any other duties of a similar nature as directed.
