Our client based in Northampton require a Curtain and Blind Fitter to join their busy family run business. Mainly covering the following areas - Northants, Beds, Leics, Warks, Oxon, Herts, Bucks, Cambs + sometimes working anywhere in the UK - overnight stays may be required. Monday to Friday Occasional Saturday work £28,000 per year Hours between 5am-5pm Responsibilities Ensure products are fitted to a high standard, liaising with customers on site and getting the job completed in a timely manner. The work carried out varies from repair work to full installations for a number of clients across various sectors such as Universities, Hospitals, Schools and Building Contractors. This role is suited to someone who can drive, is experienced in the installation of curtains and blinds or somebody with practical ability or experience in a hands-on based role. Training will be provided from a team of fitters with over 25 years' experience. Requirements A successful candidate should have experience with handheld tools and a full driving licence. You will need a CSCS card and a PASMA certificate, both can be gained whilst working for us. Happy to travel throughout the UK when required, with the possibility of staying out overnight. Able to work on Saturdays when required, although this is kept to a minimum. Benefits 28 days holiday - 8 bank holiday days and 20 days to take on a first come, first served basis throughout the calendar year + the three working days between Christmas and New Year are holiday days which are paid and extra to the 28 days holiday.
