Job Specification: Office Supervisor Location: Avonmouth Salary: £32,000 Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7am-5.30pm Benefits: Free parking Company Overview: Join a friendly, well-established company in Avonmouth. You will report directly to the Office Manager. Main Duties: Identify operational issues, potential problems, and opportunities. Resolve and manage customer queries courteously and efficiently. Maintain holiday schedules for operational staff. Assist with payroll when required. Liaise with the Office Manager and ensure availability for all staff training. Provide support to all departments as required. Skills Required: Team Management: Excellent time management, planning skills, and commitment to results. Geographical Knowledge: Strong understanding of geographical locations. Communication: Polite, professional, and calm under pressure. Self-Motivation: Ability to use your own initiative.
