Area Sales Manager - Waste & Recycling Location: Covering the South Of England Salary: 65k + OTE Hours: Mon - Fri Benefits: Company Car / fuel card / Holiday / Private Healthcare / Pension Role & Responsibilities Build and manage your own sales pipeline. Develop and maintain relationships with key account customers. Nurture leads from the company's marketing activities. Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar) to manage customer data. Work closely with the sales team, support staff, and marketing department. Travel across the southern region with occasional national trips. Field-based role with a focus on achieving company goals and high-earning potential. Skills Required Proven track record in selling high-value Industrial / Waste Machinery. Knowledge of engineering/asset sales (valued between £40k-£2m) is a bonus. Self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills.
