You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you’ll do: Be a vital part of the Front of house operation by supervising and ensuring our restaurant and coffee bar runs smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basisProvide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach Be responsible for the opening and closing of the restaurant and coffee bar, ensuring all procedures are followed according to company policy.Manage stock inventory effectivelyUse innovation and upselling skills to engage the team to drive sales in line with targetsWork with the wider catering team in order to provide excellent customer serviceAdhere to all H&S regulations (Such as food safety, allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations.)Improve the quality of life for those we are servingWhat you bring: You will be able to comply with all Company & client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
