Structural Engineer – Associate / Associate Director Permanent South Leeds £70,000 - £100,000 + Package This Consulting Civil/Structural Engineering firm based in Leeds South are offering an impressive remuneration and benefits package for an experienced engineer to join their team with excellent career progression prospects. They are a 25 strong consultancy with an impressive and diverse project portfolio with projects across the UK. The role requires an experienced engineer to work with the directors to take technical responsibilities off of them so they can focus on developing and growing the business. Sitting between the directors and the team of structural engineers (a team of 12 consisting of revit technicians, design engineers and senior engineers) overseeing the technical output, liaising with clients and maintaining a hands on approach to the project delivery. With projects in education, residential, light industrial, retail and mixed use this is a varied role and will interest a versatile engineer who enjoys a challenge. The progression opportunities within the company are very impressive. As the company expands this position will naturally progress to becoming a director position with associated remuneration. To be considered you will be an experienced Building Structures engineer who is experienced overseeing/leading structural projects in the UK, both new build and refurbishment. You will have good communication skills and be comfortable making decisions and communicating with team members.
