We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Food Service Assistants to join our team in our Cafes at Royal Academy of Arts.*Please note this is a full time role, we are looking for full time staff only*You will be working amongst inspiring and breath taking masterpieces, welcoming our guests and serving them in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environmentWe are looking for:Excellent verbal communication skillsFriendly yet professionalA good team playerPride taken in your appearance and all you doPunctuality is keyCare about customer serviceWe will provide training, including Barista trainingThe site is open Tuesdays – Sundays.There will be opportunities to work at other sites and events within our team too if you wish to expand your experience and knowledge.Main Responsibilities:Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guestsCare about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experienceServing guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environmentHelp answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related itemsThe Ideal Candidate:Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar settingMust be available to work full time throughout the yearExcellent verbal communication skillsBeing friendly yet professionalBeing a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticismGood attention to detail and punctualityBeing proactive is key
