Job description Are you someone with a passion for gaming? Are you comfortable with testing and data analytics? Evoke are looking for their next Test & Deployments Manager in Leeds to provide and support the ongoing development, test and delivery of gaming content and platform for the retail business. Part of the UK Content Team, you'll manage all online and retail casino content, ensuring the best gaming experience for all customers.What you will be doing•Responsible for compliance testing of all games prior to estate deployment, ensuring any issues are mitigated and resolved.•Create, develop and maintain a bespoke suite of UAT test scripts for Content (Eclipse & Vantage), Product and Platform (related to Inspired Eclips product) releases, utilising Jira and any additional tools as necessary.•Provide and manage a formal sign off on Content, Product and Platform releases and ensure the deployment process while identifying potential issue and concerns, adapting the testing process to ensure remedial updates can be deployed within a timely manner.•Plan the weekly Safer Gambling process, identifying players potentially at risk, liaise and support Compliance team and provide copy of the Player Protection report.•Guide the three stage Gaming responsible Messaging process for those identified at risk, collate and report on message delivery and failures providing appropriate detail for Compliance and completion of reports.•Compile and supply a weekly blacklist report to the Leeds BI team and produce and update on Session Tagged players reaching thresholds on a weekly basis.•Provide support the marketing team by scripting staff game briefs highlighting features and working of each new game.•Providing a number of agreed reporting requirements to Retail Ops teams and ensuring Retail Gaming continues to support the various Operations teams (LBO, Helpdesk, Security, AML, Compliance, Marketing and so on as and when required.Who we are looking forWe are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos.
