And there is no better feeling that rising to the challenge.  Role Responsibility Preparation and cooking of foodEnsuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidyHealth and safety regulations, ensuring they are followed at all timesDelivering a world class customer experience to our customers and staffAssisting in all areas of the kitchen for prep days, match days and functionsTo organise and assist in the preparation and presentation of all food service at the required times, and as laid down in the Service Level Agreement, and to the clients, customers, and Sodexo's satisfaction.To ensure that all food is prepared with due care and attention, particularly in relation to customer's special dietary requirements, for example nut, dairy or wheat allergies.To ensure that the company's mandatory documentation is completed.  The Ideal Candidate Experience ideally in a high-volume catering environmentDemonstrative ability to work in a team, with good communication skillsShow the ability to follow instructions and also use own initiative.Proven track record of employment within the catering industryBasic Food Hygiene and Basic Health and Safety certificatesOne of the following qualifications or equivalent: City and Guilds 706/1 and 2, NVQ level 2Knowledge of health & safety and food safetyAble to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards.Experience in large scale eventsFlexibility on work schedule Package Description Choose your own shifts that you work, which is great for a second job or simply to work around other commitments like School, College, Uni, Family.Excellent Rates of PayTo belong and be part of an amazing teamThrive and progress within catering and hospitality by learning new skillsKnowing that you are a part of something biggerReward and Recognition in all of our venues for team members who go above and beyond.The opportunity to help support other Sodexo Live venues throughout Scotland and the UK
