Job Introduction What we are OfferingUp to £35,000, depending on Experience.Monday to Friday, hour working week.Please see our attached benefits guide for everything we have to offer. Your Role as an Quality Assurance & Internal VerifierAre you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals within the criminal justice system? Do you have experience as a vocational assessor? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Quality Assurance & Internal Verifier at HMP Forest Bank.As the Internal Verifier you will have responsibility of a small team of 3-4 staff to manage the quality assurance of our courses based within the industries department. This encompasses, recycling, warehousing and storage, H&S and cleaning. You will manage our ‘mandatory wing worker training programme’ which covers 3 non-accredited courses (servery, H&S, Cleaning principles) – this will include assistance with workbook completion, marking, maintaining trackers both on spreadsheets and the online portal.As a working prison, we work towards the resettlement of residents upon their release into the community and their integration into society through the skills acquired while in our care.
