Operations Coordinator Exeter £Negotiable Do you want to work in a stunning location on the outskirt of Exeter close to good transport links? You will be working within the operational team providing administration and Document Control to the team. Responsibilities: Organising reports and spreadsheets Uploading documents for different projects Handling documents and filing systems Occasional visits to other offices Providing Site support Uploading trackers & using share files Liaising with the site team/contractors Experience required: Proven experience working within Admin support is essential Ideally have Document Control experience and worked within Housing/Construction but not essential Good IT skills & computer knowledge Good organiser and attention to detail Team player, excellent communicator The client are offering a competitive benefits package and lots of benefits to include provide medical insurance, access to purchase additional holiday, share scheme, cycle to work and lots more.
