And a real knack with customers?This role will see you proactively engaging with customers, building rapport at pace, and advising on the products and services Halfords can provide to give them the best solution, ensuring that they leave not only with what they want, but also what they need.You’ll lead and support your team to deliver sales across the Halfords group through referrals of jobs such as Tyres, MOT and Services, as well as other car maintenance needs. Recommending the right solution for the customer is what this role is all about, whether we can fix it in the car park, at our local Autocentre or by arranging for our Halfords Mobile Expert van to fix it at the customer’s home or work.Brilliant at building relationships, you’ll work with colleagues in our Autocentre and our Halfords Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.To be a success in this role you’ll need: Excellent rapport-building and communication skillsExperience of delivering great face to face customer service ideally in a retail sales or automotive based environmentA track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets, through converting conversations into opportunitiesExperience of supervising and coaching othersA keen interest in or experience of working with motoring products / services We know that everyone has different priorities at different stages of their lives, so we offer a wide range of rewards and benefits.
