Senior Support Chef Manager – B&I/Private Education – North West - £40,000 per annum plus travel/expenses My client is a bespoke contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh ingredients. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Support Chef Manager who can demonstrate exceptional craft skills using locally sourced fresh ingredients with creative ideas, preparing exceptional nutritionally balanced dishes and desserts. You will provide cover for a variety of B&I and Education clients covering the Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Doncaster. Previous experience managing a busy catering operation is essential, as is the ability to adapt to a variety of clients/kitchens, maintain the already successful relationships with the client and customers. The successful candidate will have experience within a similar high end environment, have a genuine passion for food using fresh ingredients and providing the best service. Experience within B&I and high quality restaurants/hotels will be considered. This is a Monday to Friday role, with occasional weekends. Your own vehicle is essential as is a clean license.
