Benefits: Competitive salary depending on experience Embrace the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements Generous employer pension contribution Participate in team development days Yearly bonuses Genuine career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities: Preparation and review of annual accounts, management accounts and VAT returns Preparation of tax returns for individuals and limited companies Provide full support to clients and assisting with queries in person, telephone and email Build positive relationships with clients in day to day work Identify areas to develop new business or offer additional services and follow these opportunities through to ensure implementation Lead discovery calls and grow your portfolio with new clients Oversee the training and development of your team Manage staff and workflow to ensure internal deadlines are met Lead team meetings and provide constructive feedback to your team Qualifications and Experience: ACCA/ ACA Qualified and AAT Qualified, demonstrating a solid foundation in accounting principles Must have at least 4 years UK accountancy practice experience Proven experience in managing a contractor portfolio is highly valued Proficiency in producing comprehensive year-end accounts Strong aptitude for general bookkeeping duties Confident and polished communication skills for seamless client interactions For further information, contact Jade at Puro Accountancy on 01904 571760
