About The Role To provide valuable support to the order management team to support the profitable and sustainable growth of Boston Scientific ensuring smooth and efficient order processing. The intern will gain hands-on experience in order management processes, systems, and customer interactions focusing on key order systems like Esker, EDI and Ecommerce. The intern will gain hands- on experience in utilizing these systems to facilitate order entry, tracking, and resolutions of order- related issues. The intern will assist in optimizing the functionality of Esker, EDI, and Ecommerce, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing user support. The intern will contribute to enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of order management process within Boston Scientific. Your Responsibilities Will Be Learn and familiarize oneself with automation tools such as EDI and Esker through guided training sessions and self-directed learning. Support the implementation of new configurations in ESKER or EDI with careful supervision from the order management team. Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate new functionality or feedback on support request. Support Electronic order management master data uploads, testing, and functionality of new enhancements. Document process and best practices relate to Esker, EDI & Ecommerce for knowledge sharing and future reference. Explore the adaption of AI related to order management to improve process and gain efficiencies. What Do We Look For In You Enrolled in a Bachelors or Master degree program, Engineering, Information Systems or computer science Strong interest in automation technologies and willingness to learn new tools and concepts. Self-starter: ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple tasks and complete assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with team members. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users orally and in written format. Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry. Language required: Fluent English Sharp, fast learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technical learning.
