: You will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to keep our people informed, engaged and connected to the company's goals and values. You will be instrumental in strengthening the work environment, improving team collaboration and ensuring that key information is shared effectively across the organization.The position is on a part time basis. Tasks : Creation, management and dissemination of internal company campaigns.Writing, editing and publication of press releases through our internal channels (press releases, plant Teams, intranet, information site screens).Writing, editing and publication of local and global newsletters.Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and establish strong relationships with different levels of the organization.Support, coordination and management of the organization's events: among others, Town Halls, trainings, visits, in-plant events.Lead the creation of the Site branding based on corporate needs.Support to the administration area in different processes/activities. Who you are :- Profesional Education or University in Journalism, Communication or Advertising. Specialization in pharmaceutical and/or health care sector (health communication, pharmaceutical marketing or similar accreditations) will be an asset. - Experience in internal communication, corporate communication or similar roles will be an asset. Having worked for agencies or experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector will be an asset.Basic/average knowledge of basic graphic design tools in Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).- Excellent communication and writing skills in Spanish and English.Communication skills for public speaking, visits or events.- Ability to create engaging written and visual content.Client oriented.Passion, creative sensibility and curiosity.
