About the Role :As the NRM Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in upscaling analytics in Consumer Goods across diverse markets in Europe. Your main role will be to drive the NRM analytics roadmap for Consumer Goods EMEA, step-changing the tools, processes and insights that power our data-driven NRM transformation agenda.Reporting to the Net Revenue Management Lead for Consumer Goods EMEA, you will cooperate closely with relevant stakeholders, such as Regional Net Revenue Managers and Business Development Managers, external agencies, and Regional Customer Marketing Directors, to lead our NRM analytics journey.To succeed, this role demands confidence building analytical solutions with commonly used software, strong understanding of the connections between data and real business challenges, and a desire to see complex tasks through to successful completion.What You Will Do:Own the NRM analytics roadmap; inclusively prioritise opportunities for upscaled analytics, plan and secure resources, deliver the timeline, and celebrate progressBuild new analytical solutions independently and in collaboration with internal and external expertsDrive new solutions into the Essity way of working with the NRM Excellence ManagerPartner with regional teams to ensure that Essity NRM analytical solutions are adopted in practice; through publicising, training, piloting, supporting and problem-solvingDefine the suite of value-adding trends and performance measurement reports for senior management and other stakeholders. Implement, maintain, and leverage recommended reporting.Turn data into actionable insight through project work, reporting, and the annual business planning cycleKeep benchmarking and up-skilling to be at the forefront of best-in-class data and analytics for NRM. Bring external expertise into Essity’s way of working, through own working and business case approval for new investments.Be a connected and contributory part of Essity’s NRM communityWho You Are:Extensive experience within FMCG within analytical, financial, or commercial rolesDirect experience within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) will be beneficialExceptional Excel skills. Power BI and Tableau experience will be beneficial. SQL, Python, or similar competency is not expected.Extensive experience building analytical solutions, such as landscape assessments and predictive financial modelsGood understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade InvestmentConfident understanding of NRM analytical principles such as elasticity, return on investment and profit poolsAbility to turn data into actionable insight. Ability to synthesise large, diverse & complex data sources into simple, easy-to-understand descriptions, predictions and recommendations.Experience working with insight agencies such as NIQ and Buynomics. Confidence working with econometric and AI-modelling techniques.Organizational skills; a structured ability to manage projects involving internal & external stakeholdersExcited to pioneer new solutions within Essity; driven to deliver organisational behavioural change, through the adoption of new tools and processes amongst regional teamsStrong interpersonal and listening skills.
