The Senior Expert for the SAP PM/PS area leads the Plant Maintenance/Project System processes and the team located in Spain. You are end-to-end responsible for Plant Maintenance and Project System topics to provide state-of-the-art services and solutions as required. This includes the implementation of appropriate system enhancements following established processes to meet customer requirements. The Delivery Manager will interact with our Business-facing organization to plan, prepare, execute, and monitor projects as well as individual Change Requests. This will be done by leveraging the functional and technical skills provided by the team in Spain. This role requires excellent knowledge of SAP PM/PS and the adjacent modules combined with a deep understanding of associated P2D (Project to Decommission) processes integrated with ERP systems. You will lead the interaction with the business partners and process architects to find suitable and sustainable solutions meeting customer demand. Vendor Performance Monitoring of the Application Managed Services provided by our strategic partners belongs to the role including periodic service reporting and annual reviews. At our Plant Maintenance is connected to all relevant ERP systems to centrally create, change, and distribute, or to consolidate master data across the complete enterprise system landscape. The integration of all those components and the participation in architecture design decisions is also part of this position. The main responsibilities include accountability for customer satisfaction through proper solution design delivery, application life cycle management and service performance monitoring while maintaining necessary internal (process, security) and external (GxP, GDPR, license) compliance, as well as Change and Release Management, Project Delivery, Incident and Problem Management.
