Descripción de la oferta En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Consultor/a en Comercialización de Activos Logísticos e Industriales para formar parte de la División de Logístico Industrial basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Madrid Funciones:Identificación de oportunidades de negocio para activos logísticos e industriales.Captación y fidelización de clientes así como usuarios finalistas.Realización de propuestas de servicios así como informes de gestión.Seguimiento y cierre de las negociaciones y operaciones. Requisitos Graduado/a en ADE o Económicas.Preferentemente experiencia en torno a 2-4 años en comercialización de todo tipo de activos inmobiliarios.Dominio del Paquete Office.Nivel alto de inglés.Persona con perfil comercial, alta capacidad de interlocución y negociación, dinamismo, proactividad y compromiso.Carnet de conducir.
