Descripción de la oferta En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Consultor/a Junior Facility Manager para formar parte del equipo de la División de Gestiónbasado/a en Madrid. Funciones:Realización de consultorías de FM.Consultoría de modelo de gestión operativa. Optimización de costes operativos.Realización de pliegos de licitación.Benchmarking de servicios. Realización de propuestas comerciales.Gestión y fidelización de clientes.Gestión de servicios y proyectos de obras.Generación de negocio dentro de los clientes. Requisitos Graduado/a en Arquitectura,Ingeniería, ADE o similar.Experiencia de entre 1- 3 años realizando funciones similares a las descritas.Valorable nivel alto de Inglés y formación en Facility managementDominio del Paquete Office.Buscamos una persona analítica, creativa, con iniciativa, ágil y orientada al cliente, con buena interlocución así como con capacidad de organización.
