WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• Completed degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration and development and at least 2 years as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Architect
• Experience coordinating and working in cross-functional teams
• Strong requirements-gathering experience
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills and Spanish nice to have

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Contribute to governance processes giving direction for new innovative technologies for the ServiceNow environment
• Focus on the creation of the project portfolio and solution roadmaps based on a clear understanding of business requirements as well as technology and industry drivers
• Ensure that BI architectural governance is up to date by reviewing and approving all demands and changes
• Act as a scout for innovation and run Proof of Concepts (PoCs) including the preparation of cost-benefit evaluations
• Optimize existing technologies for the digital age with a focus on stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Provide technical leadership and participate in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform
• Identify opportunities to combine similar solution needs into reusable building blocks
• Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
• Host Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and approve them
• Develop Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documents
• Keep a check on instance performance, security, user interface, and propose improvements to improve end-user experience
