Jobs By Nordics is a Nordic Recruitment Agency specialized in connecting candidates from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland to companies around Europe.
Till vår klients kundcenter i Torrevieja söker vi nya medarbetare. Arbetsuppgifterna består av att besvara samtal från våra Svenska kunder som behöver hjälp längs vägen och på resande fot, då vi hanterar inkommande samtal via våra samarbetspartners inom försäkring och bil.
Vi hoppas att du har:
- Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice
- Tidigare erfarenhet utav arbete i Spanien
- NIE, Seguridad Social.
- Svenska eller Finska som modersmål
- Bra kunskap i engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
Egenskaper:
- Bra arbetsmoral och tycker om att jobba i högt tempo
- Goda kommunikationsgemenskaper
- Strukturerad och punktlig
- Positiv och lösningsorienterad, sätter kunden i fokus och kan hålla dig lugn i stressfulla situationer
- Föredrar att jobba i kontorsmiljö med telefon och dator som arbetsverktyg
- Målmedveten och vilja att lära
