    Job Description

    Key Targets of the Job:

  • Ensure integration of the Management System Standards to the Business Operating System. (QMS, CMS, ISMS, EMS, OHSMS, En. MS) 
  • Lead Integration of requirements for: ISO 37301 - Compliance Management System, ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (Coordinating the Labelling Process of TISAX)

    • Main Tasks: 

  • For CMS: Analyze and Interpret updates in ISO 37301 and related Standards, requirements or guidelines (IDW PS 980, VDA Product Compliance) and steer the implementation of requirements into the Business Operating System.
  • For ISMS: Analyze and interpete updates in ISO 27001 and related Standards, requirements or guidelines (VDA TISAX) and steer the labeling process for TISAX or required certification by the Customer)
  • For other Management System Standards, coordinate the integration and define together with the respresentatives the way to ensure conformity to required standards, requirements or guidelines.
  • 3rd Party Audits Global Planning, Coordination and Reporting for CMS and ISMS. Participation in locations 3rd Party Audits on request. Coordination of questionnaires preparation and support locations on NC Management.
  • Best Practice exchange and Community Management for ISMS and CMS Network. 
  • Develop and Provide Training for respective working area. 
  • 3rd Party Audit Global Cost Overview - Planning, Invoice Review, Cost Tracking & Reporting
  • Project Participation and Consultancy for understanding of requirements. Project Team Member of Review Member for Certification / Labeling Projects. 
  • Tires Global Representative for activities that require area of expertise for ISO 37301, ISO 27001 and related requirements or guideliens. 

    • Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, or similar, demonstrating a strong fundation in management system knowledge and understanding.
  • > 5 years practical experience in (Quality) Management System setup and maintenance
  • > 5 years experience with 3rd Party Audits or Customer Audits
  • > 5 years experience as Project Manager for process implementation and management system implementation. Comparable experience as Quality Manager, Rule Manager, Information Security Manager or Compliance Manager.
  • Integrated Management System (Based on Quality Management System ISO 9001)
  • Information Security Management System (ISO 27001, VDA TISAX)
  • Compliance Management System (ISO 37301, IDW PS 980, VDA Product Conformity)
  • OEM Requirements
  • Business Process Management
  • Professional experience in international environment, fluent English language skills in writing and speaking 
  • Eagerness to learn, manage change and people transitions
  • Willingness to travel.
