Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with more than 5 years of experience for a full-time position to join our Strategy and Execution team at our Digital Campus in Porto.

The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ digital platform and services.
For this role you will join the dynamic digital TWIN team at HUGO BOSS and co-lead the digital transformation in revolutionizing the value chain of Hugo Boss. The TWIN initiative is revolutionizing the value chain with smart, tech-driven solutions. By enhancing product availability, boosting full-price sales, cutting logistics and sourcing costs, and streamlining operations, TWIN is key to achieving HUGO BOSS’ ambitious goals. Deliver advisory and hands-on services to assist Metyis & HUGO BOSS project teams in deploying and enabling solutions for project management, including traditional, hybrid, and agile delivery approaches.
Provide guidance to project leadership as they develop their approaches, plans and processes to deliver high quality, complex technology solutions. Work directly with project leadership.
Drive the execution and delivery of projects by collaborating with cross functional teams for the five TWIN initiatives: product lifecycle management, planning suite, supply chain visibility & collaboration, customer order management and traceability.
Ensure successful delivery of client projects in digitizing the E2E value chain
Involvement in all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation, design to implementation through to coding, testing, and delivery
Prepare elements of sales proposals to represent Metyis technical expertise
Estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects; develop project plans incorporating all project variables including risk
Willing to continuously develop yourself, eager to share your knowledge and willing to step up and take responsibility in the team
Be a voice in the room and becoming a trusted advisor; bring outside in expertise (industry best-practices, technical know-how) and challenge the status quo
Monthly travel to HUGO BOSS headquarters in Metzingen to be close to the team
5/6+ years of Business experience delivery on large, complex projects, preferably in a consulting environment, including end-to-end participation in at least 2 projects.
5+ years of experience with the full systems lifecycle covering requirements, design, development, testing and delivery of n-tier architectures in agile delivery approaches
Experience in leading of engineering teams working in collaborative environment with teams working across geographies
Ability to create quickly conceptualize complex problems and translate to meaningful presentations to facilitate decision-making
Proven track record of delivering on time and budget
Extensive experience in client facing and/or consulting roles
Ability to work independently while receiving direction from multiple leadership areas
Ability to adapt to continuously changing environment and evolving customer demands
Team management: running & leading a team; keeping them motivated & engaged
Ability to think creatively and work effectively with senior project team members
