Job Description
The ITSM Development Expert responsibilities are:
- Develop and Customize ServiceNow Applications by creating and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions to automate processes and improve user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- Level 6/7 in Computer Science, Electronic or similar. Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or similar will be a plus;
- At least 2 years experience in ServiceNow Development;
- Certifications such as: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) , ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Foundation are a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and sense of initiative;
- Advanced level in French and Advanced/Intermediate level in English.
