    Ajuda nos processos de check-in/check-out e acomoda os hóspedes durante a sua estadia de uma forma atenciosa, cortês e eficiente.

    Responsabilidades e áreas de acção

    Auxiliar na bagagem de mão e oferecer informações sobre os serviços hoteleiros disponíveis, pontos de interesse e atracções de entretenimento. Acompanhar os hóspedes do hotel que estão de saída, ajudando com a bagagem do seu quarto até ao motorista, oferecer informações e instruções de partida, conforme necessário. Chamar táxis para os hóspedesTransportar os hóspedes pelas instalações ou áreas locais de carro ou trolley motorizado
