Job Summary
This role focuses on content moderation and involves reviewing written content on social media platforms to identify and address issues like fraud or copyright infringement. You'll handle legal requests accurately and ensure compliance with client policies, guidelines, and performance metrics such as SLA, FCR, and CSAT. The position requires attention to detail to meet quality standards and deadlines, but it does not involve typing or watching videos. Instead, the primary responsibility is flagging and assessing social media profiles and related content.
Responsibilities
Moderate written content to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement.
Review and process legal requests promptly and accurately.
Understand and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and guidelines.
Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times and meet quality standards.
Mandatory Skills
No previous experience required; maximum up to 12 months experience within content moderation preferred.
Good understanding of KPIs and metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT).
German fluent, B2 English

Annual Base Salary: 15,260, including meal and transportation allowances
Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary
Language Premium Bonus: 3240/year
Total Annual Compensation: 18 500 euros gross

Type of Contract: 2-month training agreement + 1-year fixed-term contract with 30 days probation
Relocation Support (for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal):
Bureaucratic support to obtain NIF and NISS
Assistance in finding suitable housing
Relocation bonus: 2,000 euros gross (paid with first payroll cycle)
Additional 1,000 euros gross relocation bonus (if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area to Lisbon)
