Job Description
Devoteam is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our procurement team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes, ensuring we acquire the necessary goods and services while adhering to quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, vendor relationship management, and contract negotiations.
Process purchase orders, track deliveries, manage invoices, and implement cost-saving measures.
Maintain meticulous procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team for seamless logistics.
Manage our company fleet, including vehicle orders, leases, maintenance, fuel cards, and traffic violation management.
Administer our telecommunications and mobile device programs, managing devices, SIM cards, contracts, and service activations/deactivations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably with exposure to procurement processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with fleet management and telecom administration is a plus.
