Your Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will:
Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.
Listen to customers questions and concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
Act as the point of contact for external sellers, ensuring seamless operations.
Offer guidance on digital products and e-services.
Escalate and route unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
What Were Looking For
Youll be a great fit if you:
Speak Dutch fluently (written and spoken) and have a good command of English.
Have experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy helping others.
Are a clear and empathetic communicator with a customer-first approach.
Are proficient with basic computer tools and willing to learn new systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Packages:
1,100 gross/month (with room allowance).
1,359 gross/month (without room allowance).
Training Program:
213.60 per 5 working days (total for 20 days: 854.40).

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 (8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break).
Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
Working Model: Remote within continental Portugal.
