YOUR TASKS
Global commissioning of Nordex groups wind farm controller (CWE & SGCS), mostly remote
Area of responsibility: commissioning of wind farm controller, controller interfaces and preparation of grid code testing
Regular contact and communication to the clients' experts to elaborate project-specific requirements, testing and solutions
Gain experiences of running and closing windfarm controller projects
Support of negotiations with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
Testing and improving processes within the Windfarm Control Operations department together with the department leads
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, Electronics, IT, telecommunications or other equivalent technical education;
Broad knowledge of wind farm controller tools and processes;
Grid operator interfaces and customer interfaces like: Hardwired, Modbus TCP, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA, DNP3, Root cause analyses tools like wire shark, PLC commissioning, Grid Code Testing, PCMS - Parameter Configuration and Management System;
Certificate to act as electrically skilled person (German: Elektrofachkraft) are helpful;
Knowledge about wind turbine technologies is beneficial;
Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working;
Very good communication skills, strong planning- and organizational skills;
Fluency in German and English, Spanish and other languages are an added value;
Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude;
Willingness to go on business trips;
