Your new role
As procurement specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and executing procurement strategies for our chemical business in Europe. Your main focus will be on ensuring material quality and on-time deliveries, with a particular emphasis on our chemical plants in Belgium and France. You will collaborate closely with the regional team and global stakeholders to develop and align sourcing strategies, as well as achieve your goals and objectives. Reporting to the Regional Procurement Manager, CMS Europe, you will play a crucial role in driving cost reduction initiatives, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier performance, qualifying new suppliers, and providing support during the bid phase of new business.
