    IT Support | O365 | Projects | Brugge | Internationaal | 1103551Hays zoekt een Allround IT-medewerker voor een softwarebedrijf in de ruime omgeving van Brugge. Je komt terecht in een succesvol internationaal bedrijf. Over de organisatie Onze partner heeft een eigen softwarepakket ontwikkeld voor grote en kleine productiebedrijven. Ze zijn internationaal aanwezig en zijn nog steeds in volle groei in de US, Azië en Europa. Over jouw nieuwe functie Als Allround IT-medewerker ondersteun je 3 collega’s in het interne IT-team en bied je support aan gebruikers over de hele wereld. Je takenpakket zal er zo uitzien;

  • Support : Ondersteuning bieden op hardware systemen, programma’s of applicaties op 1st, 2nd of 3rd level, 40% van de tijd.
  • Samenwerking ; Communicatie en ondersteuning van inhouse & externe IT-partners bij de klanten.
  • Onderhoud ; Gebruik en beheer van servers en systemen van eindegebruikers.
  • Documentatie : Rapportage en documentbeheer van checklist, problemen, administratie en opvolging.
  • Projecten : Naast support werk je ook op lange termijn aan migraties, zo’n 60% van de tijd.

    • Wat verwachten we van jou? Voor de vacature van Allround IT-medewerker verwachten we:

  • Bachelor denkniveau
  • 1ste ervaring is niet noodzakelijk, een goede motivatie wel
  • Interesse in Infrastructuur, automatisatie en scripting.

Je mag voor deze functie als Allround IT-medewerker een vast contract van onbepaalde duur met competitief brutosalaris (€2.500 - € 4.000) verwachten met extralegale voordelen zoals firmawagen (bespreekbaar) met tankkaart, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering en 26 verlofdagen.
