    Job description

    Our client is seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to support their expansion in the Belgian market, specifically the Flanders (dutch-speaking) region.
    Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Management:Drive sales by engaging with ethnic retail stores, particularly those serving Arabic and Turkish communities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to enhance the client's brand presence.
  • Product Visibility:Conduct regular visits to supermarkets and retail outlets to ensure the client's products are prominently displayed.Implement strategies to improve product placement and visibility according to the client's guidelines.
  • Pricing & Market Analysis:Advise on and monitor sales prices to maintain competitiveness.Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to support the client's decision-making.
  • Reporting:Provide detailed reports to the client on sales performance, product visibility, and market conditions.

    • Requirements

  • Speaks Arabic and English. Dutch and/or French are a plus.
  • Experience as a salesperson, preferably in the food industry.
  • You live in the Flanders region (Northern part of Belgium)
  • you have great relationship building, presentation and communication skills
  • You can be at least 2 times a month in our client's office in Katwijk (North Brabant region)
  • You have a drivers license and you are able to visit clients frequently

    • Working conditions

  • A 1 year or 7 month contract, followed by another temporary contract, which will be followed by a permanent contract
  • 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
  • Travel cost allowance of €0,21 per kilometer
