    Jouw nieuwe functie

    Als Aankoopbediende kom je terecht in een ervaren aankoopteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van de aankoopbestellingen.

  • Je creëert nieuwe producten in het systeem en optimaliseert de andere producten.
  • Je bereidt leveranciersdossiers op, bijvoorbeeld kwaliteitszaken, garantieafhandeling, service...
  • Je volgt de geplaatste bestellingen nauwkeurig op, alsook de bestellingen die binnenkomen.
  • Je volgt de garantiedossiers op van leveranciers.
  • Je controleert de binnenkomende facturen van leveranciers op vlak van prijs, hoeveelheden...
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan product managers.

  • Je hebt minimum een Bachelordiploma.
  • Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot.
  • Je bent commercieel, hands-on en communicatief sterk.
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands, kennis Frans is een pluspunt.
