    Jouw nieuwe functie

    Ben jij een gedreven professional met een passie voor sales en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe zakelijke kansen? Als Business developer outsourcing ben je de sleutel tot onze klanten die op zoek zijn naar ondersteuning van on site HR-consultants. Jij zorgt voor de juiste match tussen consultant en partner en vergemakkelijk de communicatie tussen hen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van een nationaal actieplan om zo je doelstellingen te behalen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het analyseren, onderhandelen en het opvolgen van alle zakelijke opportuniteiten. Naast de lange langetermijnrelaties te onderhouden, moet je ook je eigen klantenbestand uitbreiden. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk om alle projecten nauwlettend op te volgen van je consultants, je controleert zowel de klanttevredenheid als de ontwikkeling van je medewerkers. Als Business developer outsourcing werk je heel nauw samen met je intern team. Je rapporteert dan ook alles door aan hen en werkt als een echte tandem samen.

    Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de outside sales
  • Services sales is een must idealiter heb je ervaring in de HR sector
  • Hunter mentaliteit, je bent niet bang om nieuwe deuren te openen
  • Je bent strategisch ingesteld en wil ambitieuze doelstellingen behalen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk
  • Perfect Nederlands met een goed niveau van het Frans en Engels

    Je mag voor deze functie als Business developer outsourcing een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris verwachten afhankelijk van ervaring met een jaarbonus en totaalpakket aan extralegale voordelen zoals elektrische firmawagen met laadkaart, gsm, laptop, maaltijdcheques, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering, netto onkostenvergoeding en 31 vakantiedagen.
