A great opportunity to join as a In Room Dining Manager at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Brussels
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create comprehensive duty rosters, ensuring adequate coverage for holidays, sickness, and absences.
· Supervise staff to ensure punctuality, proper uniform, and professional demeanour, reinforcing the hotel's image.
· Conduct performance appraisals, recognize consistent good performance, and address disciplinary issues in conjunction with F&B Director.
· Hold daily pre-service and post-service meetings to communicate pertinent information, ensuring smooth operations.
· Keep staff informed of VIP guests, special attention guests, and specific tasks to provide personalized service.
· Work closely with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef to align room service operations with kitchen capabilities and guest expectations.
· Ensure effective communication between shifts and other departments, maintaining a cohesive team environment.
· Ensure compliance with Corinthia's brand standards and luxury service protocols.
TALENT PROFILE
Experience
At least 3 years in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
Skills & Knowledge
· Knowledge of OPERA, MICROSOFT OFFICE, P.O.S. System
· Passion and understanding of our industry is paramount in order to succeed.
· Fluent in French, English & Dutch
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
