    • Responsibilities & Activities

  • Main hotel point of contact to assist group organizers (from the event request to the billing).
  • Handling incoming requests within 4h. 
  • Responsible for specific contracts and handling last minute requests.
  • Managing the meeting rooms signage.
  • Assisting the Meetings and Events Sales Team with their daily activities.
  • Handling requests and responsible for specific contracts.
  • Following up on assigned activities in SAP to ensure high level of service and sales conversion.
  • Preparing group arrivals (rooming lists, group instructions and function sheets). 
  • Ad-hoc reporting.
  • Facilitating communication within the department, the hotel and with clients.
  • Facilitating communication between M&E department and the other departments.
  • Targeting high guest satisfaction.

  • French and English proficiency are a must. Dutch or other language is a plus.
