    Role:  Primary School Teaching Assistants

    Location:  Waterloo/Litherland

    Salary:  £85-£90 per day

    Working Days:  Flexible hours

    Connex Education is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistants to join our dynamic team for the new academic school year. We are looking to recruit primary school teaching assistants for primary schools around Waterloo and Litherland, who have experience working in EYFS, Key Stages 1 and 2.

    Connex Education are seeking teaching assistants for part-time and full-time roles that will start in September. The following bookings will be available for you:

  • Long-term placements in one school supporting a child on a 1:1 basis.
  • Long-term general support roles.
  • Part-time bookings to support children with SEN (5 half-days or 2/3 full days)
  • Day-to-day bookings to cover staff absences to due to sickness, courses, extended leave etc.

    • A high percentage of our long-term roles lead to permanent contracts with primary schools, and we have created a platform for our staff to find fulfilment and happiness in their respective careers.

    • Qualifications and requirements:

  • Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or experience working in primary schools as a TA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt to different learning.
  • It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
