Robert Half Technology are assisting a global Manufacturing organisation based in London & Cambridge to recruit a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer on a contract basis paying £200-£300RoleThe 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will resolve incoming requests for technical assistance on standard, commercial and proprietary applicationsConsistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are core competencies of the positionThe ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow are requirements of the roleThe ability to lead by example, provide direction to junior staff, and work in a close knit team environment are all essential qualities of the roleComplete tasks in a timely manner.
