Account Assistant Salary: £22,000 – £29,500 DOE Location: Sheffield Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you looking for a work environment where you’ll feel motivated and supported? The Opportunity You’ll become a part of a leading insurance broker in Sheffield seeing impressive growth across the country. Not only this, but you’ll be supported to reach your full potential, helping the branch grow even bigger, with promising progression pathways being unlocked as you go! The Role Essentially, you’ll be building a successful client base of new business and supporting existing client renewals. Through providing insurance quotations and solutions for problems any clients may face, you’ll ensure every interaction is characterised by efficiency. Further to this, you’ll add to the growth of the branch by highlighting any areas of improvement, driving cost reductions throughout the company. The Ideal Candidate As an ideal candidate for this role, you’ll have an outgoing personality, with the ability to communicate efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll possess a thorough understanding of the UK insurance market. Whilst also having a commercial mind, good judgement, and self-motivation. Additionally, an ideal candidate can demonstrate the ability to digest diverse client needs and industry-specific risks while managing time effectively and working well under pressure to meet deadlines.
