Account Manager (Manufacturing) Permanent Liverpool (L3) Up to £30,000 DOE Monday - Friday (39-hour week) We are seeking an ambitious self-starter eager to develop and manage their career as an Account Manager with full company support for progressive opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage operational schedules, ensuring customer expectation and requirements remain at the core of our business. Oversee the sales order process through to product dispatch, ensuring timely completion, setting delivery expectations, and providing updates on issues, queries, or delays. Lead by example - provide exceptional customer service, ensuring visibility to your colleagues and the wider business. Manipulate data and produce KPIs to highlight trends and improvements for senior management. Requirements: Previous experience as an Account Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential, with aerospace experience desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are essential for effective internal and external delivery at all levels, fostering influence and collaboration. Proficiency in negotiation techniques alongside effective customer relationship building. Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages - intermediate/advanced level in excel. Experience of using an MRP/ERP system. Confidence in your abilities to achieve objectives, using all available resources to ensure clear delivery of products in line with specifications and permissions. Experience in handling difficult conversations. Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to thrive under pressure, both autonomously and collaboratively. Ability to assimilate information from different sources to generate achievable plans. The successful candidate will receive: Up to £30,000 DOE. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
