Job Title: Accounts Administrator Salary & Benefits: £33,000 Basic Salary, Pensions, Bonus Scheme, Staff Discounts! Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 40 Hours PW Location: Middlesbrough About your new company: A successful specialist vehicle company based in Middlesbrough is looking for an Accounts Administrator. If you have administration in the Agricultural, Construction, HGV or Automotive sector this is the role for you! About your new Accounts Administrator role: Invoice queries Allocation of goods to customers on receipt of Sales VAT Returns Month-end Review customer accounts ensuring that they are set up for self-billing invoices and VAT registered. Booking in of whole goods on receipt of delivery notes. Processing of invoices/credit notes from suppliers Liaising with finance companies & Group office finance department to confirm receipt of customer payments Updating weekly sales and GP reports Support sales team with documentation required to complete the sales process, including warranty documents, delivery notes and installation forms.
