Robert Half are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to be based in Chippenham on a temporary basis for up to 6 months.Working in a busy team, this would suit you if you have strong transactional fianace skills and the role will cover:Administer the Finance Email Inbox, ensuring all purchase orders and allocating to the correct budget and ensuring they are approved by the appropriate budget holderReceive and process invoices via the finance software, ensuring that the goods and services are marked as received, chasing Budget Holders for authorisations.Prepare the weekly payment runs (BACS and cheque)Receive and prepare monies for banking and posting to the finance system.Fortnightly lodgement of funds to the local Bank. Raise invoices to outside bodies for charges and post income Receive and check all statements from suppliers Administer and reconcile the petty cash system Administer payments and reconcileIf you are avaiabloe now and can be on site 5 days per week in Chippenham, please get in touch.
