You will handle a variety of tasks, including clerical work, data entry, scheduling and communication with internal and external stakeholders.  What you’ll do:  Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the officeAnswer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondenceOrganise and schedule appointments and meetingsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsProvide general support to visitors and act as point of contact for internal and external visitors / clientsWhat you bring:  Previous experience as an Administration Assistant would be beneficialExperience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationWhat we offer:  Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
