Looking for an Administrative and Finance Assistant position? We have a job for you! Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts. We are currently recruiting an Administrative and Finance Assistant for one of our clients, a European health organization based in Brussels. You will provide both financial and administrative support. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience + benefits The role is inclusive of, but not limited to : •Draft and process invoices using the appropriate software•Prepare and encode payments to suppliers in the accounting system•Work closely with accountants, auditors and financial service providers•Submit monthly and annual financial reports•Maintain database, inventory and archives •First point of contact with providers, peers and sponsors•Assist with administration and logistic activities for the office•Able to travel when needed (at least one week per year, including the weekend, within Europe) Essential Skills and Experience : •You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting •You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and French or Dutch•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Stress resilient, autonomous yet able to work in a small team, problem solver and able to work under short deadlines •Minimum of two years experience in Office Administration and 5 years of experience in Accounting (especially with VAT)•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
