Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their busy team within this thriving manufacturing company, you will be joining a successful company who are going from strength to strength. They offer good training and development for the right candidate. They are looking for an experience administrator who can come in and bring new ideas and processes The Administrator key duties are :- To provide administration support for the department Input commissioning orders onto computer system Maintain site services engineer’s diaries to ensure efficient working practice Book commissioning visits with customers Monitor system faults, book rectification visits with customers and assign to relevant site services engineers Conduct web based activities including but not limited to: Chasing pre commissioning information Chasing post commissioning information Creating new web accounts and populating fields with the relevant information Maintaining web accounts with updated information when required Receive and respond to customer enquiries via telephone or e-mail Keep accurate records of all projects, outstanding and completed Liaise with site services engineers to ensure that technical/site/customer information is correct The successful Administrator will have the following skills and experience :- Sales order processing/ sales administration experience Admin experience within a busy department Customer service skills Strong IT skills Eager to learn In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £24,000-£27,000 if you think you have the skills and experience that my client is looking for then please click APPLY.
