Administrator - £11.79 per hour– Ongoing Temp - Peterborough – Office based Global Logistics Company is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their client vehicle solutions team. This is an ongoing temporary role to start ASAP and will pay £11.79 per hour. Working hours 9am to 5pm (with 30 mins break,) Monday to Friday. Must have own transport due to location The main duties of the Administrator will include: To ensure that booking requests are responded to quickly, efficiently and to correct standards, ensuring required service levels achieved. To provide excellent customer care, a high level of accuracy, ensuring all administration duties are fulfilled to the required standard and timescales. To help maintain the Internal database, ensuring that the computer systems are up to date, accurate and that all new changes are actioned. To complete Trouble Shooter duties as required ensuring minimal impact to customers. Develop excellent customer relationships Take ownership of requests and queries ensuring they are managed to a successful solution The ideal Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience: Previous Administration experience Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail Excellent client and customer service skills IT proficient including MS Office packages Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
