Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking a part time administrator to join our client in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This position offers 15 hours, 3 hours per day Monday to Friday (15 Hours per week) Main responsibilities of this administrator role: Assist the legal team with general administration duties Answer calls and respond to emails Data entry and record keeping Filing and organising documents Skills required for this administrator role: Previous administrative experience is required Proficiency in basic computer skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Details of this administrator role: This position offers 15 hours, 3 hours per day Monday to Friday (15 Hours per week) Permanent position Company pension contribution 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays (Pro rata) If you have the above requirements and experience, please call Steph on 01782 968220 Please ensure your CV is up to date with all relevant experience and your contact details are accurate.
